We encourage you to carefully read this<br \/>\nData Protection Policy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"123\">This Data Protection Policy informs you of our data protection and privacy practices and the way your<br \/>\npersonal data are collected online and how that data is used by Havas. This policy will be readily available<br \/>\non our home page and at the bottom of each page of this Website.<\/p>\n<p class=\"123\">Havas strongly supports the fundamental rights to privacy and Data Protection as well as compliance with<br \/>\nnational and international privacy laws.<\/p>\n<p class=\"123\">Havas commits to maintain confidential any personal data and to strictly limit any disclosure in accordance<br \/>\nwith applicable local laws and regulations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"123\">This policy is applicable to all Havas Group entities for the collection, processing, use, transmission,<br \/>\ntransfer and storage of personal data unless a national legislation imposes to some of them specific data<br \/>\nprotection rules.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Why we collect your personal data?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"123\">Havas may collect personal data from you to complete following operations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>profile creation;<\/li>\n<li>information requests;<\/li>\n<li>subscriptions to newsletters and sending those letters;<\/li>\n<li>job applications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. What data is collected?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"123\">Havas collects and uses your personal data with appropriate notice and consent when it is required, and after<br \/>\nhaving informed you in a proper way.<\/p>\n<p class=\"123\">Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (\u2018Data<br \/>\nsubject\u2019). Your Data protection rights<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div><strong>Right of access<\/strong><\/div>\n<p>As data subjects you may inquire as to the nature of the personal data Havas owned about you.
