Learn moreThe approach taken with JDE, already active on Amazon in the traditional 1P Vendor Retail model, was to adopt the new hybrid model to allow them to increase control over their brand and products on the Amazon channel and other marketplace platforms. We created a Seller account to expand JDE’s activity on Amazon from B2B (supplier) to both B2B and B2C (seller). This allowed us to sell all JDE products and brands, regardless of the increasingly lower commercial negotiations resulting from the traditional 1P Vendor Retail sales model. To increase sales, diversify the catalog, and work on more profitable products, we developed special bundles and co-branded bundles, creating benefits for everyone. We took care of everything: from the entire logistics process to all of JDE’s daily activities on Amazon (and other marketplaces like eBay, Privalia, Veepee), both as a supplier and a seller, including managing media campaigns on Amazon Advertising.
This campaign aims to create the first official sales channel on Amazon, managing onboarding, content, branding, advertising, and sales. Thanks to a revenue-sharing business model, the agency and the client share the results. The main challenge was to correctly position the brand on Amazon as a conversion hub derived from media activities. Initially, a product catalog was created, leveraging technical data sheets and SEO content. Daily performance and KPI monitoring were conducted, and a dedicated storefront with A+ content was created to enhance user experience and boost sales. Advertising campaigns were managed and monitored, leveraging the potential of Amazon Advertising. Now, Forno Bonomi is present on Amazon and ready for strategic advertising activities, positioning itself as a competitive brand in e-commerce.
