An event to celebrate the new aircraft arriving in the MSC AirCargo family, named Alfirk. A unique setup, created inside a hangar directly on the airport runways and a unique concept that brings to life key elements of the MSC Aircargo world and of flight, such as air, movement, dynamism and Italian excellence above all, speaking of the Italian division of MSC AirCargo. To do so, we have involved the Italian Artistic Gymnastics Federation, a true Italian excellence, with 6 athletes competing at a national level who performed on airport soil for the first time, with ad hoc choreography and costumes made to measure for the event. The performance have been a perfect balance of technical gymnastics figures plus dance movements, bringing to life the idea of flow, sky, vaulting and lightness. Since the aircrfaft is named after a constellation, we created a real representation of celestial bodies through huge inflatable spheres created ad hoc and positioned outside the hangar, right under the aircraft to welcome guests on the plane visits on board.
The 84th International Congress of the Società Dante Alighieri took place from 21 to 24 June in Rosario (Argentina). Havas Events took care of every aspect from the creation of the creative concept "The Italian, a wonderful journey", summarized in the logo: "Barquito de papel" (paper boat), to the organization of the conferences and shows which had as their theme bearing the journey and the relationship between man and the sea. Four different venues, one thousand two hundred guests, and more than three hundred professionals involved including directors, hostesses, dancers, a symphony orchestra and the extraordinary participation of the Argentine model and entrepreneur Valeria Mazza as godmother of the event. The event also had a poster campaign developed in collaboration with our colleagues Havas Argentina.
Benetti Yachtmasters, which this year reaches its 24th edition, is the event that annually brings together captains, industry professionals and main stakeholders from all over the world. In the splendid setting of Budapest, more than 300 people from all over the world met to share, dialogue and discuss the key issues of the sector: a unique experience, which combined workshops, plenary speech sessions and tailor-made experiences created exclusively for guests. An unexpected activity inside the museum of fine arts in Budapest, in which guests found themselves protagonists of an escape game, with tests to overcome and challenges hidden among the works of art, to end the day with a dinner on the water of the Danube River, surrounded by lights and artistic performances of dance and music on board a ship.
In November, in the port of Gioia Tauro in Calabria, we gave life to the Naming Ceremony of the MSC Celestino Maresca cargo ship, among the largest in the world. A double tensile structure, built on the port quay, hosted the ceremony in which regional and national political officials participated. We decided to create an exciting opening moment, involving two performance and dance academies that brought to life the waves of the sea and the symbolic network of relationships between people, lands and ships. With a performance that mixed the movements of the bodies with synchronized video projections, the ceremony immediately won over its guests, until the key moment of the ribbon cutting.
MSC celebrates the christening of its new ship Seaview with a monumental event in the city of Genoa.
The scenery and video content were inspired by the characteristics of the Seaview, which donates passengers the most open and direct contact with the sea ever experienced on a cruise ship. The ambitious stagecraft project consisting of a broad, uncluttered platform providing full visibility of the ship and a scenic set up consisting of a LED screen 40 metres wide and 4 metres high to present content.
For the 50th anniversary of Lamborghini’s Countach, Havas Events Milan was chosen to renovate the layout of Mudetec, the Lamborghini Museum located within the automaker’s headquarters in Sant’Agata Bolognese. The restyling project included the creation of an immersive tunnel featuring LED elements converging towards a screen playing an emotional video on Lamborghini’s history. Besides personalizing all the museum’s graphic elements, Havas Events Milan set up an interactive Social Lab where visitors can take selfies in exclusive locations with iconic Lamborghini models.
This year, Benetti celebrated the annual event dedicated to yacht masters — the reference figures for potential yacht buyers — by creating a high-value experience for this specific category. To introduce these special guests to the sponsors selected by Benetti, we chose Venice as the perfect setting for an exclusive 3-day experience just before Carnival, the city’s highlight of the year. The experience included attending a plenary, two networking nights, a gala dinner in typical Carnival costume and a unique historical reenactment team building experience: the guests were divided in teams and associated to a dragon boat to become protagonist of a regatta on the Venetian canals.
Havas Events Milan designed and produced the ESA's (European Space Agency) booth at the Living Planet Symposium, one of the biggest Earth observation conferences in the world at MiCo in Milan.
An innovative 450sqm stand consisting of several areas: a conference centre (Agora), two demo zones with 18 video surfaces, 6 interactive touch satellites and a circular suspended screen 12 metres in diameter.
During the 4-day event, meetings with scientists, press conferences and interviews took place.
A digital kaleidoscope offered guests an original photo opportunity.
A completely transparent, inflatable dome; a "boule de neige" inserted in the natural theater of the spectacular mountain landscapes of Megève, Crans Montana and St. Moritz.
At the center of the installation, a pyramidal structure with a mountain shape.
The installation hosted eight dancers, in a musical fashion show, presenting the new Moncler Grenoble collection. The evening, dedicated to 80 top clients of the famous fashion brand, ended with a convivial dinner in the most prestigious lodge of the three locations.
